Overview Malvern Panalytical is a leading provider of laboratory and process measurement technology, serving customers in academia and high tech industries. This role is based in Volketswil, Switzerland. Responsibilities Install, maintain and repair analytical systems. Execute support group procedures and service orders promptly. Provide on‑site customer support and problem diagnosis. Conduct necessary system training for customers. Manage tools, stock and documentation. Travel as needed within Switzerland and occasionally internationally. Qualifications and Skills BSc in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, Mechatronics or a comparable discipline. Customer‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French and German is required. Proficient with Microsoft Office, IBM‑compatible PCs and operating systems. Familiarity with business management systems such as SAP and Salesforce/ServiceMax is an advantage.
