Overview Customer Insights Consultant - MS Dynamics CE (m/f/x) at ORBIS SE. You will support companies in improving their customer relationships through data-driven insights, analyze requirements, design customized solutions based on Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, and support their implementation. You will work with internal teams and customers to integrate data sources, create segmentations, and enable personalized customer journeys. You will conduct workshops, create technical and functional documentation, and contribute to the continuous optimization of marketing, sales, and service processes. You will also provide support for presales activities and quotation preparation.
