Role Description The Customer Support & Operations Specialist DE&FR (80-100%) will play a critical role in supporting patients and healthcare professionals by providing top-notch customer service and operational assistance. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering technical support, and coordinating day-to-day operational tasks. This is a hybrid part-time position based in Zurich, Switzerland, with flexibility for remote work several days a week.
